ARMATURE is seeking an energetic B2B enterprise/SaaS software sales executive who has the drive and determination to help us make a pivot into adjacent and new markets. The position is not only critical in helping us realize our growth ambitions, it will also facilitate our transformation from a services-driven to product-led company. You will be working in a fast-paced environment to create new business opportunities and manage them through the full sales lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of B2B or B2G software product sales experience (Enterprise and SaaS)
  • Ability to listen to and understand customer challenges and clearly articulate solutions
  • Experience building relationships across a broad range of stakeholders from senior executives to audit, risk management, IT and operations teams
  • Proficient with understanding, working with, and demonstrating Enterprise/SaaS software to prospective buyers
  • Ability to build and cultivate indirect channels to market
  • A self-motivated, high performer committed to meeting monthly sales lead generation goals
  • Demonstrated success moving deals through every stage of the opportunity pipeline
  • Experience in negotiating and closing deals and reducing the sales cycle
  • Experience working with limited resources in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to clearly convey our value propositions through solution outlines and software demonstrations
  • Ability to develop account strategies and articulate them to internal staff and stakeholders

Key Performance Measures:

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding assigned monthly and annual sales targets (sales generated leads; pipeline; closed deals)
  • Target ARR pipeline and sales cycle
  • Effective management of sales to delivery handoff
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Finance, and Product Management teams
  • Ability to create and report on sales metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
